The Grange, West Kirby

The Grange, West Kirby was an existing large Victorian ex sea-captains home that had many great features that when considering the design for our planning application with our team, we wanted to keep a lot of that original details and character within the proposed development of 12 apartments. Working effortlessly alongside the local planning officers of Wirral Borough Council, we listened to any concerns and reduced the initial plans down from 14 to 12 apartments creating an exclusive development on a prime site in the most sought-after area on the Wirral. These will be the most luxurious apartments on the Wirral with views across The River Dee to Wales, with the site having a GDV of £12.8m.
