Overview

Partnering with Eastham Lodge golf club, we purchased their clubhouse and car park, agreeing to build their new club house as part of the deal helping give their fantastic club a helping hand in striving to become one of the most unique golf clubs on Merseyside with an exquisite modern clubhouse.

In moving their clubhouse to a different part of the course, it gave them views over the course itself which they had been longing for. This also allowed us to be able to develop 70 new apartments designed by our outstanding partners at Nick Moss architects.
