Overview
We were thrilled to have developed a significant residential building in Halton, Runcorn, comprising 186 modern apartments. This impressive structure, which we acquired from the Department of Education, underwent a thoughtful conversion under permitted development regulations, preserving the integrity and history of the original architecture.
Our development included a nursery, providing convenient childcare options for residents and the surrounding neighbourhood. Additionally, we established a food outlet on-site, offering easy access to dining options and fostering a vibrant, connected community atmosphere.
With a blend of contemporary living spaces and essential amenities, our development became a landmark in Runcorn, enhancing the local area and providing a high quality of life for its residents.
